BRITNEY Spears is determined to keep her body in check during the coronavirus lockdown as she showcased her incredible figure during a recent yoga session.
The singer, 38, revealed she uses a mixture of prayer, yoga and stretching to help balance her out and keep her "sane."
In the new Instagram video, Britney showed off her flexibility in a series of yoga poses.
The mom-of-two looked incredible as she flaunted her toned stomach in a crop top and tiny shorts in her bedroom.
She said: "On days like today when the sun is not really out and we're all staying in, these are a couple of things I do to stay sane and balance myself out.
"I do a little bit of prayer in the morning, then I do a lot of stretching and a little bit of yoga."
In one clip, Britney is seen doing the splits before reaching her arms forward and bringing them above her head.
Another showed the star on her knees as she trusted upwards, ensuring her back was perfectly arched.
She ended the video by energetically stretching from side to side.
Alongside the clip, Brit wrote: "No judgement whatsoever …. the way to inspire oneself is to go beyond yourself and to take action ….. which is very hard in these self-isolating times !!!!!
"It’s easier to just chat on the phone and gossip ….. or to play that game where you look at what everyone else is doing and say damn I feel left out …. the simplest of teachings are the best and mine is simply kneeling on my knees in prayer !!!! GOD BLESS YOU ALL."
Britney regularly shares videos of her daily yoga practices to Instagram.
She recently posted an ab workout and urged her fans to make sure they're "being safe when going outside" amid the coronavirus pandemic.
