BODYGUARD hunk Richard Madden looks ready for action as he heads to the gym wearing a pair of very tight shorts.
Finishing his outfit with a red t-shirt, shades and black trainers, the star grabbed a smoothie before working out his bulging muscles.
The Game of Thrones star, 32, is currently in Los Angeles, California for work but is making sure to keep his muscular frame in peak condition.
His shorts showed off his toned legs and perhaps a little more than he bargained for as they appeared a touch on the small side for the actor.
Sirens star Richard admitted to Men’s Health that he has a strict fitness and diet schedule to prepare for roles, revealing he works out twice a day and cuts down his calories.
He told the magazine: “I find myself with actor friends – after we’ve done a kind of barely eating, working-out-twice-a-day, no-carbing thing for these scenes – looking at each other going: ‘We’re just feeding this same s**t that we’re against’.”
The gorgeous actor has gained a legion of fans thanks to showing off his nearly naked figure in steamy sex scenes with co-star Keeley Hawes in Bodyguard.
According to friends of the star, Richard has made the move to Los Angeles to progress his career.
Already a familiar face thanks to Game of Thrones — and he won a Golden Globe there this year for his performance as David Budd in Bodyguard — he's hoping to land some more exciting roles.
A friend of the actor said: “Richard’s career is going from strength to strength – the world really is his oyster.
“He never really used to like Los Angeles, but went there a couple of times at the end of last year, and fell in love with the place.”
