The exclusive clip shows Billie during her Ibiza hen do as she sits with sister, Sam Faiers, and mum, Sue Wells.
As the girls enjoy a bottle of champagne on the White Isle, mum Sue presents Billie with her phone.
Fiancé, Greg Shepherd, opens the self-shot video with: "Hello babe, just a little message to wish you a very pleasant hen do."
Cheeky Nelly, who can be seen grinning in the corner repeats what her daddy says.
Greg adds: "Don't do anything I wouldn't do," with hilarious Nelly – again – repeating: "don't do anything I wouldn't… on my hen do… when I get older!," sending the girls into fits of laughter.
Greg goes on to explain: "We've got a very special present for you, which your mum is going to give you that me and Nelly picked. It's something you've wanted for a long time."
In cuteness overload, Nelly blows the camera a kiss and says: "You're the best mummy ever, I love you," with Greg ending the call with a romantic: "Love you, bye."
Billie is overcome with emotion as she bursts into tears.
Viewers will have to wait until tomorrow night [Wednesday] to find out exactly what the special surprise is.
Billie and Greg first met each other in 2011 and also have a one-year-old son, Arthur.
After three years together, Greg proposed in the Maldives in 2014, arranging a private moment between the two on their own island.
