BBC News presenter Sophie Raworth has been dubbed an oompa-loompa by viewers of the lunchtime news bulletin.
The 48-year-old was mocked for her “dodgy fake tan” with many taking to the internet to voice their amusement.
They slammed her skin tone, saying she looked like the orange Willy Wonka characters.

Users of online forum Digital Spy also stated Sophie’s glow looked “wrong” and “awful.”
One viewer even claimed they had to adjust the contrast on their television while watching Thursday's lunchtime show.
This isn’t the first time Sophie’s tan has become a talking point either.
In 2011, the star was accused of having a fake tan to match her orange dress while covering Price William and Kate Middleton’s wedding.
