Heat magazine reports the pair will meet face to face for the first time since Ant's new relationship with their PA was exposed.
Make-up artist Lisa jetted off to Los Angeles after The Sun revealed love blossomed between Ant and Anne-Marie Corbett as she supported the star through drink and drug problems.
Since being out there Lisa has unveiled a dramatic new look with newly dyed peroxide blonde hair and a new make-up style.
Lisa now feels ready to confront her ex after spending the past few weeks "re-evaluating her life".
But a source close to Ant says he has no plans to meet up with Lisa.
A Heat insider said: "She's a different person to the one who flew out there having just found out Ant was dating their old PA.
"She think it's a good idea for them to meet up and try to sort this whole mess out.
"They were together for so long and Lisa hates how it's come to this."
Ant — worth £62million —announced he was divorcing Lisa in January after 23 years together and married for 12.
He fears she is “dragging her heels” and he has been warned it may take up to five years to divorce as she struggles to come to terms with the split.
Months after their separation the I’m A Celebrity presenter was fined £86,000 and given a 20-month road ban following his drink-drive conviction.
New girlfriend Anne has been by his side and even went on a cosy couple’s night out with his TV partner Dec Donnelly, 42, and his wife Ali Astall, 40.
