Another Love Island couple have called it quits two months after leaving the villa

Update – September 16: Well, it’s official. Just days after denying split rumours, Love Island‘s Laura Crane and Jack Fowler have now confirmed that they have actually broken up after all, citing their busy schedules as the thing that drove them apart.

“Sadly Jack and I have both decided to go our separate ways due to such busy schedules right now and not having the time to spend together,” Laura told Metro.co.uk.

“[I] feel truly blessed to have got to share my Love Island experience with him and to have made a friend for life. We will carry on supporting each other on this journey and I can’t wait to see where it takes us.”

As for Jack, he added that while it was a “difficult” decision to make, the pair had come to it together, saying: “We met in extraordinary circumstances and had an amazing time getting to know each other, both whilst in the villa and outside of it but our lives are currently taking us in different directions.

“We will remain friends and I will support her in whatever she does. I wish her all the best. See you soon surfer girl!”

Original – September 15: Love Island 2018 couple Jack Fowler and Laura Crane have once again had to deny splitting.

Last month, the pair were forced to respond to rumours of the same nature after Jack attended a wedding on his own and Laura posted a cryptic Instagram message.

Now, with Laura spending some time in California and Jack travelling the UK for night club appearances, fresh doubts have been raised about whether or not they’re still together.

Amidst the swirling rumours, Jack’s rep told The Sun: “They are still together. They are very busy at the moment and they are not spending as much time together as they would like, however, they do speak on a daily basis.”

Previously, Laura admitted that she and Jack hadn’t managed to label their relationship, revealing: “We haven’t dropped that bomb just yet. We’re both so busy at the moment so there’s a lot of time where he’s off doing PAs and I’m doing my bits.

“There’s no point in rushing into these things and putting a label on it for the sake of what feels right for everybody else.”
