The Britain's Got Talent judge is currently enjoying a 'second honeymoon' in the Maldives with her husband Chris Hughes.
The 47-year-old shared the snap on her Instagram with the caption: "Tip 1. Always match your ice cream to your #Bikini @melissaodabash#secondhoneymoon #love."
Her incredibly toned and tanned figure looked stunning in a skimpy two-piece red bikini, which she teamed with a red sarong draped from her hips.
The star can be seen enjoying a colour-coordinated ice-cream, posing with the dreamy Maldives beach in the background.
One fan commented: "Can’t cope!!! You look sooooo beautiful!".
Amanda jetted to the Maldives with her husband Chris Hughes to celebrate their tenth wedding anniversary.
The TV personality has taken Instagram to share dreamy snaps, including one where she lounged in a yellow cut-out swimming costume on a hammock and another where she posed under a rainbow in a green bikini.
The star married record producer Chris in December 2008, and have two daughters, Alexa, 12, and Hollie, six.
No doubt, the holiday is helping Amanda put her clash with Phillip Schofield behind her after she believed he got her axed from This Morning.
She was set to fill in for Holly Willoughby but the offer was withdrawn at the last minute.
Amanda believes Phillip, 56, was behind her missing out on the coveted role — and it going instead to former girlband star Rochelle Humes, 29.
