You can buy an entire Western-themed town with motels, horses and a saloon bar for £712k

WESTERN fans can buy their very own cowboy-themed town, complete with horse-riding grounds, a saloon and a motel.

The entire town will set you back $1.25m (£712,000) – the same as the average cost of a house in London.

Located in Alberta in Canada, Em-Te Town, just southwest of Edmonton, is now up for sale.

Along with the horseback riding facility, there is also a wedding venue, campground, banquet hall and cabins.

While not functioning, an authentically themed barber, bank and sheriffs office, as well as a "lost women" hotel is on-site for photo opportunities.

The saloon bar is an authentic replica of an old west watering hole, with a wooden bar and large dining area.

Guests can ride horses along many of the trails or have a go on the rodeo grounds.

The name comes from a Louis L’Amor western novel with some of the properties on-site inspired by the books.
