Travelodge has stays from £7.25pp for families this February half term

Travelodge is giving families the perfect excuse to book in a cheap last-minute UK break for February half term.

That’s because the budget hotel chain has just slashed prices on 100,000 hotel rooms across the UK to £29. That works out at £7.25pp for a family-of-four sharing a room!

A family room has all the basics you need for a comfortable stay – including a double bed for parents and two individual beds for the kids.

The deals are currently available on the Travelodge website but you’ll need to be quick as once all the rooms are snapped up, they’re gone.

It is worth noting that the deal excludes central London hotels .

Families could also make a saving in hotels which feature a Bar Café which includes a breakfast menu where, for each paying adult, two children eat for free.

If you don’t manage to snap up one of the discounted rooms don’t be disheartened as there are plenty more tricks for finding cheap Travelodge rooms , no matter what time of the year you’re planning to travel.

The chain is also hosting a wider sale with 20 per cent off stays between the 3rd February through to the 31st March – so you could still find more half term deals.

You can check out the full list of hotels included for inspiration, but you may want to be quick as the offers expire at midnight on Tuesday 29th January.

Of course there’s also ample opportunity to bag a discount if you’re considering a last minute Valentine’s Day break – after all, the UK is filled with some pretty incredible romantic places.
