A MAN was left stunned by a 'tropical' Airbnb in Birmingham available for £50 a night – only to discover it was just a tent.
Jordan Lewis was on the hunt for some cheap accommodation he'd be able to stay at during the Commonwealth Games this summer.
While he was searching, Jordan found a place for £50 a night which piqued his interest.
But when he clicked on the Airbnb listing, he discovered it was just a tent in someone's garden.
Host Brenda described the accommodation as: "Tropical garden oasis – unique camping experience."
She also kindly confirmed guests would have access to the entire tent and they could go inside to use the toilet in her house.
Jordan took to Twitter to share his discovery.
He wrote: "Trying to find some reasonable accom in [Birmingham] for the Commonwealth Games because they're all inflated at £300+ a night.
"Found one on Airbnb for £50, only to click on it and be in a TENT IN SOMEONE'S GARDEN."
