Many Android smartphones now boast support for dual-SIM card slots, allowing people to use two different numbers on a single device. You officially cannot use two WhatsApp accounts in one smartphone.
However, companies including Samsung and Huawei now offer the Dual Apps, also known as Dual Mode feature, allowing users to switch between two different accounts of the same chat app, while Google Play is another option.

WhatsApp’s position is an account can only be verified with a single number on one device.
Those owning a dual SIM phone must select only one number to verify with WhatsApp.
The mobile messaging app offers no option to have a WhatsApp account with two phone numbers.
Attempting to frequently switch WhatsApp account between different devices may eventually result in becoming blocked from re-verifying their account.
WhatsApp wrote in a statement: “Please don’t repeatedly switch between different devices and numbers.”

Xiaomi (MIUI): Dual apps – Settings > Dual Apps
Samsung: Dual Messenger – Settings > Advance features > Dual Messenger
Oppo: Clone Apps – Settings: Clone Apps
Vivo: App clone – Settings: App clone
Asus: Twin apps – Settings: Twin apps
Huawei and Honor: App Twin – Settings: App Twin
How to use Dual WhatsApp feature on your smartphone:
Begin by opening the Dual Apps setting option on the smartphone.
Now select the app to be duplicated – in this example, WhatsApp.
