P20 Pro gets another huge price cut making it £300 cheaper than its new Huawei rival

If you’ve been waiting patiently to buy the P20 Pro then now is a good time to go shopping.

This award-winning Huawei flagship has just received another major price cut which now makes it a seriously affordable smartphone.

When the P20 Pro first launched it would have set you back £799 but things were recently dropped to just £599.

However, that cost has now got even cheaper with many of the UK’s biggest retailers slashing the price of the P20 Pro to just £529.99.

Stores including Currys, Argos and John Lewis have applied the discount during the Easter weekend.

This cut means the P20 Pro is now over £300 cheaper than the new P30 Pro which has just gone on sale with a price of £899.

This latest Huawei flagship does include some bonus features such as wireless charging, four rear cameras and a faster processor.

There’s also an embedded fingerprint scanner under the screen and Huawei has added its reverser wireless charging feature which refills other devices when placed on top of the P30 Pro.

There’s no question that this new smartphone offers a superior experience but the P20 Pro is still a very good device that now has a much lower price.

As a quick reminder, the P20 arrives packing a triple rear camera, Kirin 970 processor, huge 4,000mAh battery and giant 6.1-inch OLED display.

Along with the P20 Pro getting a price cut, it’s also worth noting that the Mate 20 Pro is also on sale right now.

This phone, which was launched in October last year, is now £729 – a saving of £70.

For your money, you get a 6.4-inch screen, triple camera, wireless charging and 4,200mAh battery.

There’s also an embedded fingerprint scanner under the screen and it’s powered by the latest Kirin 980 processor.
