Britain First has revealed plans to sue Facebook, after ads for a Britain First petition were removed from the platform.
The ads were for a Britain First petition to stop a mosque being built in Maidstone, and were posted by Political Gamers TV.
Facebook has now removed the three ads, as well as the page itself, after BBC flagged them.
However, Political Gamers TV claims this is unfair, as it has no direct links with Britain First.
Speaking to BBC News, Political Gamers TV said: "If any of our paid ads went against the Facebook policies, why were they approved by Facebook in the first place during the review process which all ads go through?”
Britain First has been banned from Facebook since March, after Facebook deemed that its posts had violated its community standards.
However, Britain First now says that it plans to sue Facebook over the latest ad removal.

A spokesperson for Britain First said: “Facebook censored Britain First, cutting off 2.7 million of our supporters.
"Now, they are deliberately targeting anyone who posts content supportive of Britain First.
"This is political gerrymandering and censorship at its worst. This is why Britain First is suing Facebook for political discrimination, in Belfast High Court."
