If you’ve been thinking about upgrading your current TV then now could be a good time to invest in something new. A number of retailers have slashed the price of Toshiba screens and it appears they are proving popular with Argos confirming, on its website, that they are “in demand” and “selling fast”.
Toshiba TVs with Amazon’s Fire OS

Toshiba TVs are currently slashed in price to under £280. These screens are powered by Amazon’s Fire TV OS and include easy access to apps such as Disney+ and Netflix.
These televisions are all powered by Amazon’s popular Fire TV OS platform which means there is easy access to all of the most popular streaming services such as Disney+, Netflix and Prime Video without needing additional set-top boxes or dongles. Some apps offered on this platform are even free with players such as Freevee and ITVX available without a subscription.
Other features packed inside these screens include full Alexa voice controls to help find shows more easily plus there’s Apple AirPlay compatibility so content can be beamed from devices such as the iPhone or iPad without any fuss.

There are four models to choose from including a smaller 43-inch and an ultimate 65-inch model with all getting pin-sharp 4K technology and Dolby Atmos audio.
Thanks to the savings, prices now start from just £229 which is considerably cheaper than similar-sized Amazon Fire TVs.
These own-brand tellies were launched in the UK earlier this year and also include Fire OS built-in along with full Alexa support.
Even though Amazon has recently cut some prices they still work out more expensive than the screens from Toshiba.
