Cena has been in the Far East filming his latest movie but made his comeback at a live event in China.
The 16-time world champion had teased the WWE Universe prior to his appearance by telling them to expect a “Sixth Move of Doom” to debut.
That was in reference to his critics who mock his in-ring abilities and claim he only has five moves – a flying shoulder tackle, hip toss, spinout powerbomb, Five Knuckle-Shuffle and the Attitude Adjustment.
But as promised, the legend showed off the newest weapon in his arsenal, the “Lightning Fist”.
And it was Elias who fell victim to it as Cena hit him with the punch before covering him for the pin to claim victory for him and tag partner Bobby Lashley.
Cena was also showing off his new hairstyle for the first time inside the squared-circle, keeping his longer locks instead of going for his usual buzzcut.

Cena has taken some time away from wrestling to focus on his movie career following his split with Nikki Bella just weeks before they were due to get married in May – a year after they got engaged at WrestleMania 33.
Cena will be in fight action again on October 6th when he goes one-on-one with Kevin Owens at the WWE Super Show-Down in Melbourne.
