A woman has been charged over a naked video of ex-Collingwood footballer Dane Swan that has been circulating on social media.
The 20-year-old, from NSW, has been charged with '‘visually capturing genitals [up skirting]’' and ‘'distribution of an intimate image'’.

The video, which the Brownlow medallist says was not a sex tape, shows him naked in bed with a woman.
Swan reported the matter to police in May after the six-second video started circulating on social media.
In a statement, read out by host Eddie McGuire on The Footy Show in May, Swan said the video was “a gross breach of my privacy”.
“Contrary to some media reports, the video is not a ‘sex tape’. Although the video was taken a long time ago, it has been posted and distributed only recently.
“It was taken and distributed without my consent. As it is illegal to distribute such material online without consent I have reported the matter to police, who are investigating the distribution."
Swan retired from football in 2016.
The woman will face court in December.
