WALES open their Euro 2020 qualifying campaign on Sunday but will be without one of their biggest stars.
Ryan Giggs' side take on Slovakia in Cardiff as the aim to get off to a good start in Group E.
Why is Aaron Ramsey not playing?
Ramsey has been ruled out of the clash after missing training on Saturday morning.
The Arsenal midfielder was absent from the open training session at the Cardiff City Stadium.
Manager Giggs confirmed in the press conference that Ramsey has gone back to Arsenal for treatment after picking up a thigh injury.
Giggs said: "We hope Aaron would make it but he has gone back to Arsenal.
"It is a big blow. We have a plan B and we've worked on it during the week.
"He was in good form but it gives a chance for someone else."
Ramsey was also missing from the friendly win against Trinidad and Tobago earlier in the week but it was thought to just be a knock.
