West Ham in transfer talks for Belotti to replace Arnautovic but must pay huge £40m fee

TuttoSport claims the Italy international is being lined up by Manuel Pellegrini as a replacement for Marko Arnautovic.

However, West Ham will have to pay a whopping £40million to bring Belotti to the Premier League, with Torino reluctant to sell.

Pellegrini is searching for more firepower with all three of his current attackers being linked with moves away.

Arnautovic has been the subject of a mega-money bid from a Chinese side.

While Javier Hernandez has been tipped to go to Valencia.

SunSport also understands that Andy Carroll is a target for Tottenham to fill in for the injured Harry Kane.

And it seems that Belotti has been identified as the man to ease Pellegrini’s fears going into the second half of the season.

However, negotiations have been tough and West Ham may have to meet Torino’s full £40m valuation to bring Belotti to the London Stadium.

The 25-year-old has scored seven goals in 19 Serie A games this season, and was tipped for a huge move two years ago when he ended the league campaign with 26 strikes in 35 matches.

Additional reports claim West Ham have also seen a £35m offer for Atalanta's Duvan Zapata rejected.
