Victoria have thrashed NSW by an innings and 107 runs in their Sheffield Shield match at the MCG.

NSW were dismissed for 179 and Boland took 6-49, with Trent Copeland six not out.
The two injured Blues tailenders survived for 10 overs late on Saturday to take the game into the fourth and final day.
Play was extended by half an hour but Victoria were unable to budge Copeland or Edwards.
Copeland ducked into a Chris Tremain bouncer in the last over of the day and the ball hit him on the shoulder.
The blow left him with a dead arm and he had an ice pack on his shoulder after play.
Edwards suffered a side strain while bowling in Friday's first session and had to pass a fitness test before he came in at No.11.
Despite their dire situation, Copeland was defiant after Saturday's play.
"It could rain (on Sunday), you never know," he said.
"It may be the first hour, we get through and then it becomes easier after that and it's miracle that we bat all day.
"Cricket's a funny game … I'm an optimist."
NSW paid dearly for a 7-56 collapse that ended their first innings and another slump after tea on Saturday in which they lost four wickets for no runs.
Victorian opener Marcus Harris survived a couple of near-misses before he scored to carry his bat through the innings.
He made 250, his first double century at any level, to force his way into the debate around Test batting spots.
Victoria have enjoyed a near-perfect start to the summer, winning the domestic one-day series and then opening their Shield campaign last week with an innings win over WA.
Their only major setback has been the loss of rising star Will Pucovski, who is out of action indefinitely because of a mental health-related illness.
