Tyson Fury reveals his stunning weight loss ahead of world title fight vs Wilder

Tyson Fury has revealed the staggering amount of weight he has lost to put himself in a position to become heavyweight world champion again vs Deontay Wilder.

The Gypsy King was out of the ring for two years after capturing the belts in a shock win vs Wladimir Klitschko, and he has since returned with two comfortable tune-up victories vs Sefer Seferi and Francesco Pianeta.

The Bronze Bomber is an entirely different proposition, with the pair squaring off on December 1 at the Staples Center in Los Angeles.

Fury has told Good Morning Britain about his extensive weight loss: “I’ve lost another 15lbs (one stone) since we last met.. [So altogether] maybe about 135lbs (9.6st).”

Wilder, also featuring on the show, branded fellow world heavyweight champion Anthony Joshua a ‘coward’ for not fighting him and instead defending his belts against Alexander Povetkin last month.

AJ knocked out the Russian at Wembley Stadium, whilst Wilder is now locking horns with Fury and will put his WBC belt on the line.

But ahead of the first press conference for the Fury fight, Wilder took aim at Joshua, insisting the former Olympic champion and his team are ‘liars.’

"Hey Joshua, me and Fury have got this thing going on to see who is the biggest and baddest in the world, to see who is champion, one face, one name, something you was too coward to do," Wilder said.

"You was a coward, and you know this, your team knows this. Every last one of you saying things over again, you manipulated it, you conjured it. You are compulsive liars."
