Tuesday's racing tips: Today's longshot to fill your pockets at Lingfield from Jack Keene

Watching Noel Fehily is like drinking buttermilk and I'm hoping he can produce a bit of magic on my fancy in the 2.00.

If you've ever been to Lingfield you'll know it's as sharp as Miss Trunchbull's tongue and that should suit FIRST DU CHARMIL (2.00) down to the ground.

He seemed to find galloping Huntingdon a bit much for him last time but this test looks ideal.

Trainer Samuel Drinkwater clearly agrees that he's perhaps not the speediest and has decided to step him up in trip here on handicap debut.

A mark of 115 could be fair based on some of his novice runs, particularly his Southwell third in December last year where he wasn't beaten far by the now 122-rated Mahlervous.

2.00 LINGFIELD – First Du Charmil: 'Good to soft ground looks perfect so expect him to be a lot more competitive in a Class 3 that is noticeably weak'

He hasn't been seen since January but fab Noel Fehily has been booked and that speaks volumes about whether he'll be fit enough.

Good to soft ground looks perfect so expect him to be a lot more competitive in a Class 3 that is noticeably weak.
