Tommy Fury is in driving seat to make Jake Paul fight with YouTuber yet to find opponent for August comeback

TOMMY FURY is in the driving seat to face Jake Paul in the summer.

The social media stars were due to throw down last December but illness and injury forced Fury to withdraw from the grudge match.

Former Disney star Paul is set to return to the ring in the summer but has opponent hasn't been finalised.

And SunSport understands the Fury is the current frontrunner to face the Problem Child in August.

He'll maintain that status should he beat 10-1 Polish light-heavyweight Daniel Bocianski tonight on the undercard of brother Tyson's grudge match with Dillian Whyte.

Fury, 22, is eager to once and for all silence YouTuber turned boxer Paul, who he's told to put up or shut up.

He said: "I'm only fixed on Saturday night, I don't care what Jake Paul says, right now he can't keep my name out of his mouth.

"First he doesn't want to fight me, then I'm a potential opponent, then he wants to see me get a knockout to get the fight on.

"I don't know where he's up to in his mind – but in my mind, all I'm thinking about is Saturday night.

"In terms of Jake Paul, don't mention my name unless you want to fight, it's as simple as that.
