Ronda Rousey to take break from WWE after RAW following WrestleMania 35

The UFC legend has enjoyed a stunning debut year in wrestling and is the current Raw Women’s Champion.

And she is set to make history next month by defending that title in the first-ever female WrestleMania main event.

After a fierce feud with both Becky Lynch and Charlotte Flair, the “Baddest Woman on the Planet” is set to battle the pair in a highly-anticipated triple threat showdown.

But that could be the last time we see the 32-year-old inside the ring for a while.

Rousey signed a contract a deal with WWE in January 2018 that runs until 2021.

But according to reports, that arrangement would only see her compete on a full-time basis for the first year, allowing for her to take a break from the company’s hectic schedule thereafter.

And even though plans are constantly changing in WWE, it appears she is readying herself for some time off.

According to Dave Meltzer of Wrestling Observer Radio, Rousey’s last date with WWE is the Monday Night Raw the day after WrestleMania 35.

Which means she could only have another month of full-time action before stepping away for a break.
