Ricky Hatton works up a sweat as he runs to tune of 'you fat b******'

The former two-weight world champion called himself "Ricky Fatton" as he enjoyed a Sunday morning session on the treadmill.

Hatton danced along and pumped his fists to the music as the Bad Manners classic blared in the background.

As he wiggled his finger in the air, he shouted: "Go on, get up there boy, everybody loves a fatty."

He captioned the post: "Early morning run done by the big fella #runfatboyrun #rickyfatton #thehitman."

He shared the post with his 145,000 Instagram followers – which led some to believe he is making a comeback.

One said: "Hope you're doing this for a comeback. Go on mate"

While another added: "Like your sense of humour champ."

But at the age of 40, the Hitman is focusing his attention on training others and he was in Tyson Fury's corner for the fight against Deontay Wilder.

Hatton, who had a remarkable record of 48-3, retired in 2012 following a defeat to Vyacheslav Senchenko.

SunSport exclusively revealed how the British star tried to kill himself once a week for a year by drinking.

The 40-year-old admitted that he would "get the knife out and didn't care if he lived or died" during the dark days of his career.
