Real Madrid to make £115m Eden Hazard offer TODAY and could be announced Monday as Chelsea legend says his goodbyes

REAL MADRID will table a £115million offer for Eden Hazard TODAY after he said his goodbyes to Chelsea.

The Belgian superstar, 28, provided the perfect farewell gift to the Blues last night with two goals to help thrash Arsenal and win the Europa League.

Hazard admitted after the game he wants to leave Stamford Bridge and Diario AS claim Madrid are now ready to make their move.

The La Liga giants are yet to table a bid due to them wishing to respect Chelsea by allowing their season to finish.

The forward is now heading off for international duty with Belgium but he wants to be presented as a Madrid player as soon as possible.

And as previously reported, that could even be as early as Monday.

AS claimed yesterday his wife Natacha was already in the Spanish capital with their children ahead of the blockbuster switch.

It’s believed Madrid’s director general Jose Angel Sanchez and Chelsea chief Marina Granovskaia have been in contact for some time.

And now the Galacticos are ready to meet the Blues’ asking price to finally tie-up the long-running transfer saga.

After the victory over Arsenal, Hazard was quizzed on his future.

And he confirmed: “I think it's a goodbye but in football you never know.

“We will decide in a few days – the only target in my mind was to win this final. Maybe now it is the time for a new challenge.

“My dream was to play in the Premier League and I have done that for one of the biggest clubs.”

Madrid’s president Florentino Perez has also openly admitted this week Hazard is his top target this window.

He said: “I am very hopeful that Hazard will come this year. He is one of the best in the world.

“We tried to sign him last season but it was not possible.”

Hazard has made 352 appearances since joining Chelsea for £32m from Lille seven years ago, scoring 110 times.
