Paul Pogba's brother has been snubbed by a German third tier club… because he's too fat

Guinea international striker Mathias Pogba has played for Wrexham, Crewe, Crawley and Partick Thistle.

Midfielder Paul has meanwhile won the World Cup with France.

An £89million Manchester United buy from Juventus, the 25-year-old recently became club captain.

Mathias, 27, has been a free agent since leaving Dutch side Sparta Rotterdam last year.

The 6ft 4ins frontman recently joined KFC Uerdingen on trial in a bid to resurrect his career.

But coach Stefan Kramer said: "Mathias has already gone. He would not have been able to improve our team.

"He is not yet in good enough shape physically.

"Mathias is a big guy, and he has a good body for a number nine.

"But he still has too many kilos around his hips."

Pogba has won five Guinea caps, and helped Crewe lift the Football League Trophy in 2013.

He spent the 2015-16 season in the Scottish Premiership with Partick, scoring twice in 30 games, before a year in Holland.
