Paul Pogba arrives for France training but Jose Mourinho declares he won't play and might not make next Manchester United game

The £89 million French midfielder missed the derby against City on Sunday due to a thigh injury picked up last week.

He is due to fly back to his homeland today after being named in the squad for matches against Netherlands and Uruguay.

Pogba was pictured arriving to meet up with the World Cup winners and reports in France say he will have tests in the early part of the week.

However his club boss Mourinho says there is 'no chance' of him being ready to play for Didier Deschamps men in their Nations League game on Friday.

And he even believes there is a doubt whether he will be ready to face Crystal Palace in Manchester United's next Premier League game on November 24.

Mourinho said: "We have to wait and see. Of course, no national team, no chance. That’s the evolution we have.

"We have Palace and then a final against Young Boys. We need the three points to be closer to qualification in the Champions League.

"We are sad, yes, because nobody likes to lose but not too disappointed.

"In two weeks’ time we play at home to Crystal Palace and from that game we have to try to get points."
