Markelle Fultz is still a shell of the player he was back in college, but he’s made progress in improving his game. While that’s not necessarily the description a team wants from its No. 1 overall pick, that’s the reality.
Despite the moderate statistical improvement (31 percent from 3), Fultz’s shot is still broken. That was plainly obvious during the Sixers’ loss to Brooklyn.
