Lonzo Ball added a ton of artwork to his arms this offseason, but the Lakers point guard played his first preseason game of the year with tape covering one of his new tattoos on Wednesday against the Warriors.
Ball has a Big Baller Brand logo tattoo on his right forearm, but as J.R. Smith recently discovered, NBA players are prohibited from "displaying any commercial logos or corporate insignia on their body or in their hair."
Smith has a large "Supreme" logo tattooed on his right calf, and recently tweeted that he was informed he would be fined every game if he did not cover up the logo. According to TMZ, the NBA informed Ball of the rule and he chose to wear tape instead of taking the fine.
