Jets land receiver who forced his way off the Titans

The Jets have been thin at receiver — and really, at finding any weapons for Darnold — and the 29-year-old brings experience to a group that includes Jermaine Kearse, Charone Peake and Andre Roberts.

Matthews was unhappy with his playing time in Tennessee, and so he found his way out. Last year he caught 53 passes for 795 yards and four touchdowns, and has more than 3,000 receiving yards on 228 career catches.
