Have WWE banned mentions of Hulk Hogan on its programming despite his return at Crown Jewel?

The Immortal One made his long-awaited comeback for the company at the controversial pay-per-view for his first appearance in over three years following his much-publicised racism storm.

He left the organisation 2015 after footage was leaked of him using racist language as he was removed from WWE’s Hall of Fame before he was reinstated this year.

Hogan, 65, was back in the ring as host of the extravaganza in Saudi Arabia as speculation mounted he could make a permanent return.

However, no mention has been made about the icon since, and the Daily Mirror claim Wrestling Observer Live’s Bryan Alvarez reported WWE commentators and staff could have been instructed not to mention him again.

And Ringside News say WWE are yet to decide if Hogan will return in the US and would like to keep the issue private from fans.

The Hulkster did not make any mention of the controversy at Crown Jewel and instead expressed his delight at being back in the ring as he paid tribute to his fans.

Since then fellow Hall of Famer Mark Henry has urged the legend to take responsibility for his actions.
