Gerwyn Price is undergoing a mega body transformation as the Welsh darts star sheds the weight ahead of his debut boxing clash in April.
The Iceman, 36, will take to the ring in the name of charity against fellow countryman Rhys Evans who boasts an undefeated 3-0 record.
World No.1 Price has already admitted he will need to drop 10kg for the fight with Evans having previously competed in the super lightweight division, which has an upper capacity of 63.5kg.
While the former South Wales Scorpions hooker might not need to drop to that weight, Price is keen to lose some of his 97kg bulk.
And it seems preparations are already underway for the bout which is set to take place in just over six weeks.
Price has taken to Instagram to flex the blitzing gym workout that has already seen him drop half a stone, in just three weeks.
The darting ace is pictured clutching a heavy kettlebell in each hand whilst resting face down on an incline bench, most likely to train his lower back.
Under the stewardship of a personal trainer, Price shared the original snap to his own social media account which was captioned "@gerwynpriceiceman180 3 weeks done, half a stone down! Onto week four," accompanied by a flame emoji.

The charity fight is scheduled for April 9 with the money raised supporting Cancer Research Wales and another cancer company in Wales.
Though the bout comes at an interesting time for Price who will have Premier League darts duties on each Thursday on either side of the contest.
The revamped format of the Premier League sees the 5ft 8 tungsten thrower facing off in the quarter-finals against James Wade on April 7 in Leeds.
A potentially starry-eyed Price will then battle Peter Wright in Manchester one week later, on April 10.
