Everton consider shock move for ex-Arsenal and Manchester City ace Samir Nasri

The 31-year-old can train with clubs from next month once his drugs ban has elapsed.

And according to the Daily Mail, Toffees boss Marco Silva “has discussed the possibility of bringing the former French international back to England with his staff”.

Nasty, a two-time Premier League winner at City, is without a club since leaving  Turkish side Antalyaspor in January.

The midfielder is believed to be keen on returning to the country he enjoyed most of his success.

It is used for hydration, but authorities found it contained micronutrient components that were on the World Anti-Doping Agency banned list.

Nasri, who spent eight years in England, was initially banned for six months but that was later increased to 18.
