Chelsea fighting Juventus for Galatasaray wonderkid Yunus Akgun – does that mean Christian Pulisic move is in doubt?

Scouts from Chelsea, Juventus, Wolfsburg and Benfica were in the stands to see the 18-year-old in action for Turkey Under-19s against England.

And they would have been impressed with what they say from the exciting left-footed right-winger, as he provided an assist and was named man of the match as Turkey won 1-0 in Antalya.

According to ESPN, the Blues have added Akgun to their shortlist and will keep tabs on him over the coming months.

If a move was to happen in the coming months, Chelsea would look to loan him back out to gain first-team experience.

He only made his senior debut this season, making seven appearances for the Turkish giants.

However, his talent is clear, with four goals and an assist in his last six appearances for the Turkey U19 side.

It's not clear what this may mean for Chelsea's move for Borussia Dortmund star Christian Pulisic.

The 20-year-old admitted this week that he is set for showdown talks with the German club.

The American said he will "see about my future" during the Bundesliga winter break.

Chelsea rivals Liverpool are also desperate to bring the talented winger to Anfield.

If Pulisic was to move to Stamford Bridge he would be expected to contribute to the first-team upon arrival.
