Best horse racing tips: Sun Racing's top picks for today's racing at Cheltenham, Doncaster, Newbury and Kempton

The Sun Racing team have you covered – we've had our head in the form book to pick out our best bets across the days four meetings.

Cheltenham

Best bet

4.20 Seven De Baune – Could hardly have won any easier in a Uttoxeter bumper earlier in the year. Looks an exciting recruit to hurdling for good stable.

Each-way

5.30 Malachite – Won easily at Huntingdon in February but not so good at Wincanton when last seen. Still early days and should have more to offer.

Doncaster

Best bet

3.35 Teruntum Star – Went down on his sword when attempting to make all in a hot race at York last time. This race isn't as strong and he looks sure to make another bold bid.

Each-way

4.10 The Grand Visir – Has a hit and miss profile and returns from over 100 days off for a new yard. He has had a wind op since his last outing, though, and remains open to some progress.

Newbury

Best bet

3.25 Aspetar – Listed winner in the spring and shaped as though he would improve for the run when third at Ayr after a long break. Down in class and easy ground will suit.

Each-way

4.00 Highlight Reel – Ready winner over this trip at Newmarket earlier in the summer. Ran better than the bare result at Ascot last time and worth another chance.

Kempton

Best bet

8.15 Natural – Once touted as a Guineas filly when trained by Richard Hannon, she shaped with encouragement on her first start for new yard. Longer trip here and likely stronger pace a big plus.

Each-way

6.15 Geranium – Course and distance winner who flopped badly on testing ground at Ffos Las last time out. Return to this venue should bring about an improved performance.
