3.45 Black Buble – Solid form over hurdles in the spring/summer, including a course and distance victory. Shaped as though he needed recent outing and should be sharper now.

Catterick
Best bet
2.30 Donnachies Girl – Holding her form well of late and slipped to a good mark. Shaped as though she was ready for this sort of stamina test when second at Newcastle over shorter.
Each-way
3.05 Guardia Svizzera – Enjoyed a productive season, winning three times including over course and distance. Not so good the last twice up in class but this is more suitable.
Chepstow
Best bet
2.20 Before Midnight – Beaten at odds-on at Huntingdon but possibly bumped into one. Will have improved for that run and this stiffer track will be in his favour.
Each-way
4.00 Zillion – Goes handicapping off a fair mark after three solid runs over hurdles. Has won on the Flat recently, so arrives in good shape and in a race that won't take much winning.
Wolverhampton
Best bet
5.15 Decoration Of War – Has improved no-end since joining this yard and switching to all-weather. Looks to have been found a good opening to keep winning run going.
Each-way
6.45 Konigin – Has been knocking on the door recently and was unsuited by the drop back to 1m4f at Kempton. Return to this sort of trip is a big positive.
