Arsenal star Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang takes social media swipe at Unai Emery after being subbed off in draw with Crystal Palace

With the Gunners 2-1 up at Crystal Palace, thanks to his strike on 56 minutes, the in-form Gabon ace was hooked with 12 minutes still to play.

Five minutes after the swap for Aaron Ramsey, Wilfried Zaha was fouled by Granit Xhaka and Luka Milivojevic fired home his second penalty of the day.

The Arsenal Twitter account shared a stat that Auba had converted every one of his last six shots.

But Gunners fan @rajamudaikhsan used the tweet to hit back at Emery for subbing him and Aubameyang was one of 450 people who "liked" the post.

The message read: “Then why are you replacing him? Why not let him score again? #YaGunnersYa”

Mesut Ozil was also hacked off at being hooked with 22 minutes still to play but Emery was not fussed.

He said: “Every player wants to continue playing.

"I like the players who show character.

“He was not happy because the result was not good at the end.”
