Aaron Tshibola vows to fight for Aston Villa future under Dean Smith and eyes January return from loan

The 23-year-old, on loan at high-flying Kilmarnock, has a break clause on his season-long move to the Scottish Premiership.

He is ready to look at ALL his options to get himself settled at a club long-term, with his contract at Villa Park expiring at the end of next season.

Tshibola told SunSport: “I feel I’m playing well. The new manager is in and hopefully the club are watching my games.

“I know I’ve got a clause in January if they want me to come back.”

Tshibola has also been loaned to Nottingham Forest and MK Dons since arriving at Villa for £5.5million two years ago from Reading.

But he wants an end to the loans and commit himself to a club, whether that is Villa or elsewhere.

He said: “The situation is that I’m playing football and really enjoying it at the moment at Kilmarnock.

“I’ve got the rest of this season and the next season on my Villa contract and it would be ideal for me to prove that I deserve a place in the team.

“But if not, at my age, I want to play for somewhere and be settled and playing regularly, which would mean no more loan.

“I want to find a home and if that isn’t Villa then a home where I feel settled as I’ve got a young family and want to cement myself somewhere.”
