  • MOU TITLE NO.4

Jose Mourinho loves to boast about his titles and how many times he has won the Premier League.

The Portuguese boss famously reminded journalists of his three league trophies during a press conference while at Manchester United.

And now the Spurs boss has joked about adding another, following Man City's recent ban.

Speaking after Tottenham's win at Aston Villa, Mourinho said of City's Champions League ruling: “I didn't lose one single minute analysing Uefa – they have to analyse.

“If I go into that, I have to ask if the team which finished second in 2018 are going to be champions, yes or no?”

That team was of course Man United, who finished a whopping 19 points behind their noisy neighbours.

  • GOOD GOAL, SON

Son's double against Aston Villa on Sunday took the South Korean past another landmark, as he became the first Asian player to score 50 Premier League goals.

The former Bayer Leverkusen ace, who joined Spurs in 2015, now has nine in the English top flight this season.

Yet, Son is a long way ahead of the next top Asian goalscorer, with Park Ji-Sung netting 19 for Manchester United – despite winning four Premier League titles in that time.

Behind him is Ki Sung-yueng on 15, while former Leicester City forward netted 14 times in his 114 games.

  • MORNING, SPURS FANS

    What a win!

A double from Heung-Min Son – including one in the third minute of stoppage time – gave Spurs a fortunate win against an unlucky Aston Villa.

Toby Alderweireld put through his own net to give the Midlands side hope just nine minutes in before slamming in a delightful half-volley to make amends before the half-hour mark.

Sonny slotted away a rebound from his own missed penalty to put Spurs 2-1 up before Bjorn Engels headed the home side level with 35 minutes to go.

But Dean Smith's relegation threatened side could not quite hold on for a valuable point as Engels gifted Son the ball with just seconds left on the clock and the South Korean raced through on goal to slot home and break Villa's hearts.

Son became the first Asian player to score 50 Prem goals with the late winner that saw his team move to fifth.

Jose Mourinho also joked his old Man Utd side should be awarded the 2017/18 Prem title after finishing second behind FFP breach rivals Man City.

Spurs welcome RB Leipzig in the Champions League on Wednesday night next time out.

  • STEVEN BERGWIJN – 8

A really quiet first 35 minutes but came to life towards the end of the first half before winning a penalty.

His pace caused real issues for the hosts with a number of driving runs at the Villa defence.

Could be a really impressive signing judging on performances so far.

    HEUNG-MIN SON – 8

Showed brilliant composure right at the end to seal the win when the pressure was on.

Grabbed two goals but could have easily had four or five with the amount of chances he had.

    Villa struggled to contain him.

  • LUCAS MOURA – 6

Not his best day. Appeared to be playing deeper than usual and desperately tried to influence proceedings.

A few nice touches posed little threat in front of goal.

    DELE ALLI – 6

Managed to find so much space in the hole and did everything right apart from his final ball.

Should have had his name on the scoresheet but was wasteful in front of goal.

Spurned a great chance in the second half and appeared to leave his shooting boots at home.
