  • STEPHEN HENDRIE has signed for Kilmarnock following his exit from Southend United.

  • WANDA NARA has described Mauro Icardi's move to PSG as the “worst option” for her personally having helped her husband and client leave Inter Milan.

A season-long loan switch to Ligue 1 was confirmed on transfer deadline day but will see the striker leave his family back in Italy.

The presenter and model, 32, told Argentine broadcast Morfi Telefe: “Mauro packed a small suitcase and left the rest to me.

“The kids go to school in Italy, so we’ll live between Milan and Paris.

“Of the three options we had, PSG was the worst for me, because I have to go back to live in Milan with the kids.

“But I thought of what was best for him. There were many important Italian clubs who wanted him and it would have been easier.”

  • MARCOS ROJO has told Manchester United he will seek a January move unless restored to the side.

And the Argentine defender claimed Old Trafford chiefs blocked his departure for Everton during the summer.

He said: “It's difficult to leave when you are at a club as big as Manchester United.

“I had the possibility of joining Everton.  However a deal couldn't be done because of decisions made by the club or the manager.

“Now it's down to me to fight for my first-team place until December – and if I can't get one I will seek to leave.

“The qualifiers for the Copa America are coming up, and I want to be involved.”

  • TAHITH CHONG is in talks with Manchester United over a new contract.

The Reds want to tie the highly-rated 19-year-old down with a long-term deal at Old Trafford.

Speaking of contract talks, he told Voetbal Primeur: “Of course we are talking, but it's still too early to say anything about it.

“The season is still long and we will see what happens.

“There are a lot of competitions coming up and I will focus on that.”

  • BRAZIL coach Tite has admitted he is concerned about Neymar.

The Paris Saint-Germain star failed to secure his move back to Barcelona this summer.

Ahead of Brazil's friendly against Colombia, Tite said: “Yes it does [worry me not having Neymar playing games] and I hope that it is solved.

“But it's a variable that escapes me, it is beyond me.

“I can't solve this situation. I have hope, the only thing I can do is to hope. Beyond that, I don't have any power.”
