    The Evening standard report that the winger is in the capital today as Spurs continue negotiations with PSV to complete the deal.

    Jose Mourinho and Daniel Levy are said to be confident of meeting the Dutch side's £27m asking price but negotiations over how the deal will be structured are ongoing.
