More details are emerging of Spurs' bid for Gedson Fernandes.
The deal is expected to be completed today with an 18-month loan and an option to buy for £56million.
Fernandes broke into the Benfica first-team last season and is highly regarded like departed youngster Joao Felix, who is now at Atletico Madrid.
His flight landed in Biggin Hill Airport in South London this morning.

Christian Eriksen has agreed a £125,000-a-week contract with Inter Milan, according to reports in Italy.
The wantaway Spurs playmaker has given his thumbs up to a contract till 2024.
He will join the likes of Romelu Lukaku, Alexis Sanchez and possibly even Ashley Young as Premier League exiles in Antonio Conte's squad.
Inter are currently vying for the Scudetto with Juventus, but slipped two points behind the Old Lady after their 1-1 draw with Atalanta.
