MAN UNITED'S new caretaker manager Ole Gunnar Solskjaer will be hoping to impress over the next six months to take job on a permanent basis.

The Norwegian was installed until the end of the season following Jose Mourinho's sacking – with the board looking to announce his permanent replacement in the summer.
