The clip – taken somewhere in Portugal – shows a woman holding the poor creature up for the camera.
Its body clearly matches up with that of a piglet – with little hair and a pink complexion.
But the animal’s face is completely different.
It appears at least twice the size of a normal piglet and its ears are practically on top of its head.
The creature seems to have a bulbous cyst where its nose should be and an equally deformed mouth.
YouTube user disclosetv uploaded the footage yesterday, saying: “It looks like a baby pig but the feet don’t match a typical pig’s feet.
“Its tongue looks like a human tongue, its body looks like a sheep and the top of its head looks like a mouse’s or guinea pig’s.
“Stuff like this does happen in nature – it’s caused by animals inbreeding with their siblings.
“Deformities do happen every one or two generations and I have seen deformities in the past.
“But I can’t figure out what this animal was supposed to start off with.”
Hundreds of people have seen the clip and many voiced their shock at the sight.
“Man put that poor little piggy out of its misery,” one wrote.
Another commented: “Poor little feller… He’d be perfect for a freak show.”
