The wackiest office in the country has a meeting room in a treehouse, a fake zoo, nature trails – and even its own boozer.
Moneypenny – a telephone answering service which has its £15million HQ in 10 acres of Welsh countryside near Wrexham – is known for throwing parties for staff.
But it’s not just after clocking-off that workers get to enjoy the funky office and the perks that come with their jobs.

They hold meetings inside a treehouse which is perched 20ft above the reception desk.
Life-size models of giraffes and sheep are dotted around the building to amuse workers as they walk to meetings.
And staff can enjoy free breakfasts every day and have access to a gym, a games room with table football and a pool table, and chill-out areas with beanbags and armchairs.
Meanwhile, the Dog ’n’ Bone offers a range of draught lagers, real ales and house wines.
The company has about 900 workers but it’s looking to recruit about 70 more.
New starters are given a “desk budget” to help personalise their workspace with new lamps, and employees are encouraged to socialise with their colleagues as much as possible.
“There are lots of little touches which make the atmosphere of the office so special,” said a Moneypenny spokesperson.
"There is no hot-desking, people are encouraged to personalise their desks, and each desk is acoustically designed to ensure you don't hear other people answering the phone.
"Eating at your desk is not banned but people are encouraged to socialise and eat together.
"That's why the eating areas are so lovely. There are also little nooks in the building with armchairs so people can have some quiet time at lunchtime to read.
"We obviously had to close the office during the pandemic but I would say the vast majority of people are now back in the office. People were very keen to come back."
Even when the office was closed, managers at Moneypenny arranged for each worker to receive either a turkey or a nut roast at Christmas through their “cluck and collect” scheme.
Group CEO Joanna Swash said: “As a company we’ve never done anything the conventional way and creating a brilliant atmosphere and happy place to work was really important to us.
"When we made the decision to build a new headquarters, we asked ourselves how we can make sure our people will be happy there.
"The answer was simple – ask them. We didn’t want to create a great workplace based on someone else’s vision of brilliant; we wanted it to be somewhere that our people love.”

Although many people have since returned to the office, many businesses have realised they need to make people’s workplaces more attractive and less functional if they want to retain their employees.
If they don’t, they risk losing their best people to competitors who’ll provide them with a better working environment or allow them to work from home.
