A man was caught on CCTV appearing to pump chemicals into the home of his "noisy" neighbours rendering the family ill, it is alleged.
Xuming Li was seen on a secret camera appearing to release the opioid, contained in a syringe, into the Florida apartment.
Li, 36, is accused of three counts of battery, two counts of aggravated stalking and one count each of burglary, possession of a controlled substance, and battery on law enforcement.

His slate of wild allegations come as as a porch camera caught Li injecting something under the door after a dispute over "loud footsteps."
Victims of the attacks couldn't put their finger on what was making them ill and set up a secret camera after having experts carry out investigations over an unidentified smell. But they were left horrified at what the footage showed.
Umar Abdullah and his then-pregnant wife had moved into their new home in June 2022 and soon welcomed a baby girl to their family, much to the reported displeasure of Li.
The noisy new resident had seemingly upset the downstairs neighbour, who was left fuming with the noise and continued to complain about "footsteps", Law&Crime reported.
But those footsteps proved imaginary, as the property landlord carried out a noise test, one which, according to Abdullah, revealed they could "hardly find any sound" worth moaning about.
Mr Abdullah said: "He complained about footsteps. He complained about door closing sounds. My landlord and I did a simulation, and we could hardly find any sound."

Li's alleged actions seemingly had an impact on Umar's daughter, with the family left feeling sick and groggy over the course of a few weeks and were laid out with a mystery illness.
Following a family vacation, a friend noticed the chemical smell which was compared to an "obnoxious" nail polish, one which left Umar's daughter's eyes look like they were "full of tears".
Mr Abdullah continued: "Even during war, the worst enemies do not attack the opponent, the other party, with chemicals."
Li was arrested in late June and quickly made bond, with a court appearance slated for December 5 to hold a hearing on his case.
