Religious figurehead Jesus Christ has allegedly appeared in a tree, with worshippers flocking to the site of the holy discovery.
It is not the first time divine beings have appeared in plants, foods or other assorted items, with a list of famous faces showing up in anything from cinnamon buns to jelly beans.
Even the holier-than-thou beings of Mother Teresa and the Virgin Mary have popped up on bits of food and in parts of rock formations.
Not only are holy figureheads showing up in the food goods of people across the globe, but so too are members of the Royal Family.
Jesus presents himself to worshippers with ‘tree disease’
Looking a little more wooden than usual, Jesus appeared to worshippers in Poland in the stump of a tree.
A local Catholic group has rejected the idea that the tree could house the son of God, although the likeness is certainly there.
One visitor to the site claimed: 2I see the Lord Jesus, his face and crown."
But another labelled the etchings a "tree disease" which were just a mere coincidence, rather than the coming of Christ.

One sheet does plenty for Christ the Redeemer
It is not just nature Christ appears in, but kitchen essentials also as one person found when pulling a piece of kitchen roll off.
Stuart Fretwell had been mopping up damage from a recent flood, not sent by God, but by poor weather conditions.
Upon mopping the mighty floods of his home, he claims the stains left in one paper towel piece embodied that of one Jesus H. Christ.
"We did think it looked rather like Jesus," Stuart said at the time.

Christ’s kitchen-based discoveries pass over to frying pan
Keeping to kitchen supplies and spreading his might over utensils, one man claimed he saw Christ in his frying pan.
Juan Pastrano, wife Mary-Lou and son Juan Jr. were positively baffled at the time and have since slotted the holy relic away into a plastic bag.
A usual washing up routine was cast aside after the cast iron skillet showed signs of the holy man himself.
The family, from Prairie Lea, Texas, held onto the pan and no longer use their blessed skillet for the cooking of eggs and other items.

Jesus Christ’s outline spotted in rusting iron
Not content with living in just the kitchenware, Jesus Christ was also spotted in the outlines of a rusting iron.
Mary Jo Coady made the discovery back in 2009 and believed the resemblance was a reassurance.
The 44-year-old believed the sighting was a sign that "life is going to be good".
She also claimed it showed Christ was "listening", presumably while she ironed.

Historic horrors as Christ appears in dated Swedish photograph
Culinary advances and tree-based appearances are not all Christ can do, as this undated image shows.
The Swedish photograph which was dated from the late nineteenth century appeared to show the face of the holy man himself right in the foreground.
The "face of Jesus" photo has become somewhat of a cult relic and optical illusion.
The face is actually a child wearing a bonnet, with the vegetation in the background giving the vision of Christ a healthy head of hair.

Virgin Mary makes appearance known in half-bitten toastie
Either hot cheese or the sight of the blessed Virgin Mary proved too much to handle for one person settling into a grilled meal.

The likeness of the Holy Virgin Mary showed up in a burnt etching on a grilled cheese Diana, from Hollywood, attempted to sell.
The slightly eaten sandwich sold on eBay for £22,500.

Virgin Mary also gets wood and appears in tree stump remnant
Not wanting to be bested by her returning, wooden son, even the Virgin Mary made an appearance in a tree stump.
The alleged sighting drew controversy at the time after residents nearby could not decide how best to preseve it.
Some believed they should cover it in glass and keep it there as a monument to the religious figure.
Others thought nothing more of the discovery, made in 2009, and ridiculed those wanting the stump preserved.

Mother Teresa’s cinnamon bum proves financial boom for one man
The man who found Mother Teresa in his cinnamon bun fell into a financial flush after marketing the "nun bun" as best he could.
Although he was asked to stop merchandising the Mother and her fondness for cinnamon apparitions, Bob Bernstein made himself a small fortune.
He agreed to comply with a request to stop selling the bun’s likeness on merchandise.

Kate Middleton’s 700g jelly bean jar cameo
When feasting on a 700g jar of jelly beans, the last thing anyone expects is the Princess of Wales.
But that is exactly what a shocked Wesley Hosie, 25, received when she tucked into a jar straight from The Jelly Bean Factory.
Wesley made the wild discovery when tucking into the jar, spotting a perfectly formed Kate Middleton etched into a yellowing jelly bean.
It is unknown whether or not Wesley scoffed the royal bean.
