Elderly woman woke up to unwanted breast implants after Mexico surgery

Russian plastic surgeon offers patriotic breast implants

An American woman is warning people off of “medical tourism” after her plastic surgeon – based in Mexico – gave her an unwanted Brazilian butt lift (BBL) and breast implants when she went there for skin removal surgery.

Kimberly McCormick told her local Fox station that she originally went to Mexico six years ago to get some weight loss surgery, which she said was successful.

She then returned to the popular vacation hotspot to get a breast lift, as she’d lost a lot of weight as a result of her initial surgery.

And that, she said, is where her nightmare began.

McCormick told the outlet that she got an unwanted breast augmentation, resulting in her B-cup breasts being turned into a C-cup. She also said that she discovered she’d had a BBL, which involves lipo-contouring of the back and waist area, with transfer of the fat to the buttocks.

She also discovered that her surgeon didn’t remove the loose skin under her arms and thighs. The doctor demanded $2,500 from her McCormick’s for the procedure, which the daughter had to pay to get her mother released from the “filthy” hospital, according to McCormick.

“She said, ‘Well, you don’t have to pay, but we can put you in prison’. I can’t go to prison with 500 stitches,” McCormick said.

“I don’t know what they charged me for, but it was $2,500 dollars. They actually took my card from me, the big goon guy, and gave it to somebody else and said run it, $2,500, and then they threw it back on my bed,” she continued. “They looked at the coordinator and said, ‘Get her out of here’. It was that quick.”

“I think I’m lucky that I’m here. I’m lucky the damage isn’t any worse,” she concluded. “However, I’m looking at another surgery because the implants they put in are so big. I don’t have enough skin to enclose them. They are not healing.”

McCormick said she is now receiving treatment in her hometown of Seattle, Washington, to correct the errors.
