Egypt mysteries ‘uncovered’ by Google Earth with images of pyramids and ‘bases’

Some truly weird oddities have been found hiding in plain sight by Google Earth fans exploring Egypt from their computer screens.

The desert nation is subject to numerous conspiracy theories, such as wild speculation that the ancient Egypt structures of the Great Sphinx and Great Pyramid of Giza, built around 2,500 BC, are the product of aliens and not ancient pharaohs.

Truth-seekers have previously used Google Earth satellite images to find ancient walls in Antarctica and a mysterious disc emerging from the ice.

But now Daily Star Online can unveil more mysteries appearing to lie in the sandy landscape of the historic nation.

Secret freemason hideout

This weird video shows some mysterious structures in a remote stip of sand outside Cairo, Egypt's capital city and home to more than 10million people.

Hidden from a nearby road but seen clearly from above, the structures have bizarre geometry with sharp angles and what looks like "doorways" heading down into the earth.

The futuristic buildings were revealed by the YouTube channel secureteam10 back in 2016, who reckon it could be a hideout for a secret society like the freemasons or even an intercontinental underground railway system.

Explaining the video, Tyler Glockner said: "Now I have no idea [what these are] and some people have said this is the entrance to a secret military base of some sort and possibly a hardened tank or artillery position."

"Another person said this is the entrance to the underground intercontinental subway system that wraps around the Earth," he added.

But the YouTuber also said the strange geometry had "freemason symbolism" and viewers of the video reckoned one of the structures was a clock, although they decoded the time differently.

"It looks like some kind of the clock…maybe is counting doomsday," said one.

Another viewer wrote: "It is a clock pointing to 9/11 no?" with another believer stating: "The smaller structure looks like a clock set at 9:15."

However, pouring cold water on the other suggestion one person wrote: “THOSE ARE EGYPTIAN MILITARY BASES. Egypt's military forces are always among the top 10 or 15 on the world.”

Giants crossing the street

Another YouTuber claimed to have found real-life "giants" crossing the road in Giza – and had a theory that they could be "the guys who built the pyramids".

MrMBB333, who makes videos exploring "abnormalities" on Google Earth, said there was something very wrong with two men spotted near a bakery in Egypt's third-largest city.

In the clip form 2016, he zooms in on a street view image of two men, asking: "Are these the guys that built the Giza pyramids? Holy c***. Look at that, that’s no bakery they are showing the picture of two giant men.

Taking a closer look, he added: “Look at that! That’s man waist is over the top of the car, that guy is 8ft tall.

“And not only is there one there’s two! I think this guy over there is even taller than him.

"I don’t care what anybody says, that guy is big, and not only is there one, there’s two? I mean, what are the odds? And there they are walking towards each other from opposite sides of the street.”

A believer said: "They are real, all the story's BFG Jack and the Beanstalk David and Goliath have some truth behind them.

"Explains how the pyramids were built. Giant skulls get found and they cover it up. Ain't all bulls*** thanks for the video."

However, not all the viewers agreed with MrMBB333's wild theory and said he was merely having a problem judging the distances.

One person wrote: "A trick of perspective. Follow the vanishing point, these are not huge men."

More bluntly, a second critic said: "Lmfao the Anunnaki are back and they're hanging out at the bakery… bruuhhh really."

Pyramids in Egypt ‘align with volcanos on Mars’

This bizarre finding was unearthed by Angela Micol on googleearthanomalies.com and shows a side-by-side comparison of volcanos on Earth's closest planetary neighbour, Mars, and the pyramids in Giza.

Flipping the images of the pyramids, they were a mirror image of four volcanos in the Tharsis region of Mars: Olympus Mons, Ascraeus Mons, Pavonis Mons and Arsia Mons.

Olympus Mons is a monster-sized volcano estimated to be triple the size of Mount Everest.

The Giza pyramids are widely believed to be aligned to the stars in Orion's belt – but Angela suggests that they could actually have been built to align with these volcanoes.

She wrote: "I can hear the ancient alien theorists cheering in the background as I write this yet it does make you wonder, could Gebel Ghibli be a lost pyramid on the Giza plateau with a direct, visual and linguistic relationship to the planet Mars?"
