Taylor Swift's Hidden Message in Her 'Fearless' Album Announcement, Decoded

Believe it or not, fans are getting new music from Taylor Swift very soon…again! It’s been a few months since Taylor revealed that she’ll be re-recording and releasing her first six albums entirely from scratch (you know, because her arch-nemesis Scooter Braun purchased then sold her masters), and today Taylor gave Swifties a surprise update on how that’s going.

During a virtual appearance on Good Morning America, Taylor shared she’ll be dropping an updated version of her 2009 hit “Love Story” at midnight TONIGHT—set your alarms!

“I’m so excited to share with you that tonight at midnight, I’ll be putting out my version of my song ‘Love Story,’ which was originally on my album, Fearless,” Taylor said. “I’ve now finished re-recording all of Fearless, which will be coming out soon. My version of Fearless will have 26 songs on it because I have decided to add songs from the vault, which are songs that almost made the original Fearless album, but I’ve now gone back and recorded those so that everyone will be able to hear not only the songs that made the album, but the songs that almost made it the full picture.”
